However, some scientists believed that this result was not accurate, because the sampling was of a whole limestone block, not just a small portion of it. Thus, other alien particles not present on the limestone at the actual time of creation could have affected the radiocarbon dating.

Although scientific evidence suggests that the likelihood of Atlantis being linked with the Bimini Roads is quite slim, there is a possibility that the result of the radiocarbon dating was in fact, faulty. Until this day, the mysteries shrouding the Bimini Roads still remains unclear, and leaves its connection to Atlantis as muddled as ever.
