With this new addition, Pokémon Sun and Moon were added to the ever-growing list of video games. Along with the release of Generation VII, Pokémon Go was created. Millions of downloads took place over the summer of 2016, and was one of the highest grossing apps on the App Store.
Even though Pokémon is twenty years old, its fanbase is filled with people young and old alike. Pokémon has adapted to its everchanging world, but the appeal will forever remain the same.
