congratulate our former auxiliary bishop, Most. Rev. Oscar Cantú, on
his new appointment as Coadjutor Bishop for the Diocese of San Jose.
We pray for him as he begins his new episcopal assignment in Northern
California, and thank him for his service to the people of the Diocese of
Las Cruces, New Mexico.
