have actual street frontage then I will look for other attractive
benefits that may be of interest to buyers. This could include local
features such as transport terminals (bus, train) local popular shops,
restaurants, sporting fields, community facilities & swimming pools.
Many agents ignore these selling points that are so important to
buyers. “Location, location, location” has been drummed into
buyers from birth so it’s important to play up your proximity to local
features wherever possible.
