“We have laptops, not desktops. If you need to work with
someone, you just pick up your laptop and walk over to
their desk and you work it out. Everyone has a smartphone,
so you can connect that way as well. There’s BlueWorks
and, of course, email, so we have a lot of ways and tools
to stay connected.”
Vitec Videocom is a global company that manufactures
and leases high-end camera equipment and accessories
to broadcasters, videographers and cinematographers

that they can use,” explains Nepomuceno. “Since we’re
such a diverse and geographically-dispersed company, we
make sure that our people have all the tools that they
need to work together, like our newly-upgraded web and
video conferencing software. Given the right mindset,
collaboration can happen anywhere. It’s our job to create
a supportive environment.”
