M E E T T H E Courtney Rottman, J.D., MPSA, is manager of operations for Baylor Health Care System Foundation. Courtney’s role encompasses oversight of all of the Foundation’s annual fundraising campaigns, including fundraising and production of events such as Celebrating Women and the Grand Rounds® Golf Tournament. As manager of operations, Courtney also oversees the production of the torch, all Foundation marketing and public relations activities, and the Foundation’s team of executive administrative professionals. She received Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Studies and History from Texas A&M University and a Master of Public Service and Administration from the George Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University.
