My strategies to grown as a community

Primarily to be able to make a community grow you must get into its pillars. In my opinion if you want a community to grow you must first educate the people that are within it. They must behave as a community and know that their rights go until the rights of the other ones in the community start. Having this clear enough, know you can start to talk about a growing in society. When you talk about a community that grows as a community isn't literally that it becomes bigger, but it means that the people that live in it are having a better environment to live in.

The second thing that you must change to make the society grow is that people start to behave correctly respecting each other. The principle of a community is respect and if it is violated or it's missing, the community will collapse. When the society that you're talking about respect between the people that are within it, you can now start to talk about an appropriate place to live or to be in. Because when you respect each other that surrounds you, that people that surrounds you will notice it and will do the same. They will start to respect you and also the people they surround and so on. It's like a chain. When you respect someone, that someone must respect you the same way you do. When you have education and respect guaranteed in the community you live in, you can see evidently how the community starts to grow. People are more comprehensive, more patient and very important, the turn to think and work as a group, not for themselves.

To make a community grow you must teach also people to follow rules. Rules are the maximum authority that must not be broken to evict the society or community gets damaged. When the people learn to follow the rules, they start to meet what and how are their limits, and based on that, people start to act depending on them. When the rules are severe and punish the ones that doesn't follow them, you can see how people for the fear to be punished start to live under the rules and how they should. They respect each other and start to learn that they're never on top of the rules and that they are made to be breakable, but shouldn't be breaker.
