I believe that this means that men can be treated differently in the aspect of producing a product for that gender, meaning that they can have different products being sold to them.

I feel that gender shouldn’t matter in the workforce. I think that men and women should be treated with equality. I also believe that women should have equal pay and be given the same opportunities that men are given as long as they perform to their best capabilities and can get the job done as quickly and efficiently as they can. I do however, believe that men are more of a dominant race due to genetics. Men are generally stronger and have the capabilities to do harder tasks than women. Due to this I believe that men have an upper hand when it comes to getting jobs in the workforce based off of size and the skill-set needed for different tasks. I think in the future we will begin to see more of an equal side of things proving that there will be some sort of gender equality in this world when the time comes. I do think it’ll eventually be an even 50/50 split in all categories at some point when it comes to gender equality.
