Mindfulness is a positive psychology construct. The keynote will be organised into three parts.
PART ONE: Will take the participants through the evidence of the benefits of a mindfulness approach to organisational change in creating a collaborative and innovative culture.
PART TWO: Will cover mindfulness for individuals and will include 3 practical exercises which will be done with the participants.
PART THREE: Will present the concept of collective mindfulness and the participants will be taken through an organisational case study in which the organisation took on mindfulness as a precursor for behaviour change
