I use a vegetable broth and add all sorts of fresh or frozen vegetables to the pot.

Sometimes I make a rice and bean soup with lots of fresh herbs to spice it up and a blend of different types of beans and rice.

Using frozen fruits and vegetables is an easy way to get nutritious foods into your diets, especially when you cannot buy fresh.

Eating healthy for you and your family IS possible. It does take time, preparation, and the willing to do a little bit of extra prep, but it is so worth it!

I would love to hear from you!

Please let me know how you plan your meals and what works for you, or what you will begin today to help your family be healthy and happy.
