rotein shakes. Most mornings I have a Juice Plus Complete shake, which I consider healthy fast food!

When I have time, I use the blender and add fruits and veg, but many times mornings are busy and I need something quick.

On those days, I just add the shake mix with water or some plant milk, blend in a banana or some fresh pineapple and go.
