18 It all starts by by realizing that the reality that you've been clinging to for your entire life is based on a lousy story, falsehood, or at best a half-truth: That you are a victim of circumstance. Going forward you need not believe that you are incapable of anything, or that you cannot handle the consequences of trying and failing.
