hen I asked CEO Gary Campbell about his view on the future of healthcare he had some very insightful things to say, for both providers and patients alike.

"I think there is no question that the future of healthcare has to be patient centered" he began, "but there has to be a component where physical fitness, mental health, and nutrition all play into it. We need to create greater incentives for focusing more on preventative care that really inspire patients to participate in this new era as medical costs continue to rise."

When I asked about decreasing stress and burnout for providers, Campbell said that he believes that more effort must be placed on streamlining the documentation requirements and into making the medical records process less time consuming and more user friendly.

"We must give our providers more face to face time with their patients and stop overloading them with tasks that are neither productive or engaging for them so that they can actively do the things they were trained to do."
