Update from the Illinois-Eastern Iowa District:

Hey Sub C! I would like to invite you all to the
Illinois- Eastern Iowa District event called Holiday
Embrace. This is a dinner and dance fundraiser for the
Spastic Paralysis Research Foundation, our district project
for the past 60+ years. Since this event is on a Saturday
night, my district is hosting a FREE night of fellowship on
Friday night as well as providing service opportunities
on Saturday morning/afternoon. This portion of the
weekend event is called Winter Escape.
This year Holiday Embrace will be on January 16,
2016 at the Indian Lakes Resort in
Bloomingdale, IL. The cost for the dinner and dance
is $50 and the hotel room is $105 a night.
The hotel room can be shared by 6 people which will

In other news, the I-I district welcomed a new club this past month. We are now proudly
represented on Blackburn College’s campus in Carlinville, IL.
