Attorney Ron McLean of Fargo received SBAND’s highest honor for
attorneys, the Distinguished Service Award.
SBAND recognized William C. Marcil, chairman of Forum
Communications Co. in Fargo, with the Liberty Bell Award for
improving public understanding about the law.
Rep. Bob Martinson, R-Bismarck, was honored with the Legislative
Service Award.
