STEVEN PODOLL

is an attorney with the Bismarck
Regional Child Support Unit.  He
works in paternity establishment,
establishment of child support
obligations, and enforcement of child
support obligations.  He is licensed to
practice in North Dakota.
Steven was born in Aberdeen, South
Dakota, and was raised in Hazen, North
Dakota.  He received his bachelor’s
degree in Elementary Education from
the University of North Dakota.  He then
taught for four years in Baldwin, North
Dakota, and for two years in Hazen. 
While teaching, Steven was involved as
director, assistant director, or performer
in several stage productions.  He also
coached Hazen’s speech team for two
years and was the co-president of the
Hazen Education Association for one
year.
Steven received his Juris Doctor from
the University of North Dakota School
of Law.  While in law school, Steven
participated in the Volunteer Income
Tax Assistance program.  He was also
a legislative extern for the 62nd North
Dakota Legislative Assembly.
Steven currently lives in Bismarck with
his wife, Sabrina, and their daughter,
Lydia.  In his spare time, he enjoys
spending time with his family, cooking
with his wife, following sports, and
gaming.

JOSHUA NYBERG

is a Fargo native and a graduate of
Fargo North High. He completed
his undergrad at North Dakota State
University, earning a bachelor’s
degree in Political Science. He
then attended law school at the
Creighton University School of Law
in Omaha, Nebraska. While in law
school he competed with one of the
school’s national criminal mock trial
teams, and was a finalist in national
competition. Joshua graduated
from Creighton in 2011, with a
concentration in litigation. He passed
the bar in September 2011, and
began working in Omaha.
He returned to Fargo in January
2013, joining the Johnson Law
Office, P.C., as an associate attorney.
He is licensed to practice in North
Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa, and
his practice focuses primarily on the
areas of criminal defense, family law,
and general litigation.

JAMI ARNOLD

is an attorney with Melbye Law Office
in Dickinson. She currently works in the
areas of family law, estate planning,
criminal defense, landlord/tenant issues.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in
Social Science and Spanish Education
from Dickinson State University and her
Juris Doctorate from the University of
North Dakota School of Law.
During law school, she was involved
in several organizations including Phi
Alpha Delta, Moot Court and Law
Women’s Caucus.
Jami enjoys traveling, being outdoors,
going to concerts, and spending time
with friends and family.

In his spare time, he enjoys Bison
athletics and catching up with
old friends. Josh also actively
participates in Red River Hapkido,
and will soon be testing for his Black
Belt.
