unable to override the free will of any Divinely
created life (meaning all life), given the above
premise.
and is composed of people you have interacted
with in some way or another during the course
of your life.
Though the Divine is omni-creative and omnicommunicative, it cannot “make” human beings
treat each other with kindness, nor can it “force”
the architects and supporters of slavery to change
their ways. This is actually an extraordinary gift,
because it means that whenever humanity finally
abolishes slavery, it will truly be a human decision.
The Divine could certainly communicate in dream
and vision to many human beings (and other
animals and life) all at once, such to influence
events in a powerful way, yet this would not
necessarily equate to the abrogation of anyone’s
free will.
Now that you have a group in mind, acknowledge that you have certain feelings about these
people (indifference, in this context, is a feeling).
Chances are, you have a set of personal and cultural filters through which you perceive others
(we all do).
Indeed, it would be entirely consistent to posit
that free-willed life is essential for the Divine
itself to grow and evolve and learn…. Perhaps it
is through ourselves—as well as all other life—
that the Divine becomes, paradoxically, greater
than itself? Perhaps, through our triumphs
and struggles, the Divine also accumulates everincreasing self-knowledge and awareness?
Once you have thoroughly acknowledged this,
then ask yourself, “How does the Divine feel
about those people? How does the Divine see
them?” Again, there is no wrong way to do
this—simply focus on the question for five minutes and pay attention to the many impressions
that arise in your mind as a result of your focus.
It is highly recommended to keep a journal to
articulate what you experience and that you
do this every day for a week or more, as a bare
minimum.
Remember, the brain is very much akin to a
muscle—if you want lasting results, you have
to exercise regularly. Ultimately, the goal with
the above exercise is to help you acquire a key
mental habit REQUIRED of all true Sovereigns.
If you are truly committed to being a peoplehelper, or a world-helper, then you should have
no trouble whatsoever accepting that this exercise requires repeated and sustained effort.
EXERCISE: Think about the many people you
have met in your time on Earth. Think about the
incredible variety of characters. Some of those
people may be “benevolent,” some of them may
be “malevolent” depending on your experiences.
In any event, bring a Crowd to the forefront of
your Mind. There is no “wrong” way to do this,
provided that your imaginary Crowd is diverse,
