within the system. They are now either dead, caged,
or exiled for telling the truth. Why would such a
system do this, and why would elected officials
block, at every turn, investigations demanded by
the people?
September 11th stands as an icon of such indifference to truth.
Why, asks a naive citizenry, would those employed
to protect the checks and balances within a system
block any movement that seeks to bring clarity and
justice to that system?
What and/or who are they “protecting”?
Despite all this, society still clings to a sliver of its
belief in the illusionary benevolence of a corrupt
and false democracy. There will be no stopping
well-laid plans, not for the will of the people, even
as the truth slowly seeps out of the cracks so craftily
and historically hidden.
It is now common knowledge that government is in
collusion with business and industry. The revolving
door that exists between government and corporations is becoming more and more obvious to the
general public. “We” who are held in contempt
by those elected to represent us are considered so
dumbed down that “we” will buy anything, literally,
and have.
It is also becoming increasingly obvious that
today’s politicians no longer represent their
citizens, but are by virtue of their obeisance to organizations such as the World Trade Organization
(WTO), the World Health Organization (WHO),
the World Bank, and the International Monetary
Fund, now representatives of big business, militarily, pharmaceutically, and financially. Democracy
has been replaced with an Oligarchy and they
have an agenda.
And yet the charade continues.
