• In the first case of the ITNJ, UZA v Constitutional Court of South Africa, we are working on
gathering affidavits from more witnesses, and we
will not request a trial date until we have all the
necessary evidence in place.
• UZA is preparing a second case to bring before
the ITNJ. The call for Natural Justice is stronger
than ever in South Africa, with calls coming from
the abaThembu peoples to release their King,
Buyelekhaya Dalindyebo, arguing that the dispute was in the lands of the abaThemu people, so
therefore he has a right to a fair trial before his
own people and by their own justice philosophy,
rather than what they see as a false authority of a
foreign racially discriminatory legal system, and
