aka unified grand jury za aka uza where the law of the case is living common law (as opposed to civil enacted common law), customary law, natural law, oral law tradition as the affected people so choose by their own free will and as the law of place (lex loci) guides. VISION We believe that in order to right the wrongs of economic colonial apartheid and for all people to be held equal before the ‘law of nations’ at natural law, be it living common law, customary law, natural law, or oral tradition, every community has the unalienable right to establish and participate in its own decision-making process under the One Universal Natural Law: “Do no harm, cause no loss”. MISSION We assist and give guidance to people and communities wishing to establish people’s jury courts, people’s oversight committees, forums, or tribunals by their own custom. We assist and give guidance to disputing parties on issues of morals and ethics. The values we hold are what is common to the people or community or tribe seeking remedy and therefore reflect the unique and pivotal role that the people’s courts play in the cultural, social, and economic life of every community and the nation.
