• On 12 April 2016 Sacha Stone , Lewis Montague , and Caleb Skinner , three of the Trustees of the ITNJ , spoke in the Press Conference Hall of the Lithuanian Parliament building about the ITNJ . See the full report from Lewis Montague here .
• Lewis Montague later met with several lawyers who had witnessed the speeches in the parliament building the previous day , and all the lawyers present agreed to align with the ITNJ as prosecutors for the ITNJ Independent Prosecution Service , which puts Lithuania in a good position to be the next to bring a case before the ITNJ . There was some tactical discussion about which cases to prosecute first .
• The Eastern Europe Chapter of the Committee to Support the ITNJ continues to seek volunteers to do law research , collect evidence , and prepare legal documents , as well as a legal secretary or three who can type all these documents and keep the legal team organized .
• The Eastern Europe Chapter now also seeks volunteers to run a crowdfunding campaign to raise the funds necessary to bring our first two cases to trial before the ITNJ . The goals are both to get 300,001 signatures ratifying the ITNJ Treaty and supporting these cases , and to raise $ 1 from each person signing the Treaty . Skills needed include WordPress blogging , Social Media , Networking and Outreach , photography and video , computer graphics ( photoshop or gimp ), project management , administration / coordination of the team , and writing , writing , writing !

Indian Chapter
• An alliance has been formed between the Indian Chapter of the Committee to Support the ITNJ and the India Institute of Arbitration and Mediation .
• In principle , it has been decided to establish 15 ITNJ - IIAM Community Mediation Clinics ( 5 each in Kerala , Tamil Nadu , and Karnataka ) as a pilot program , and thereafter to scale up nationally . Lands and parties have been identified .
• The Indian leadership team has been formed , including Anil Joseph , Advocate Anil Xavier , Justice K . N . Kurup , and Mithun Kunnumpuram .
• The India Chapter of the Committee to Support the ITNJ will focus on Dispute Resolution , Conflict Management , and a Peace Movement as its first initiatives in India before aiming at violations of Natural Justice .
• The ITNJ - IIAM Community Mediation Clinics will serve as Islands of Peace and Harmony as opposed to ad hoc adversarial mechanisms of dispute resolution .
