Aotearoa (New Zealand) Council
The Aotearoa Council of the Committee to Support
the ITNJ is strengthening our position to support
all people of these lands. Issues affecting the people
include fraudulent foreclosures, foreshore and sea
bed, land claims, corruption within all departments
of the government corporation, police brutality,
and the rights of the Tangata Whenua peoples of
Aotearoa.
The Aotearoa Council is growing, and we need volunteers! Skills especially helpful include research,
law, paralegal or legal secretary, administrative,
social media, video, graphics, executive assistant,
crowdfunding, accounting, web publishing (WordPress), writing, blogging, and technical support. To
volunteer, please contact us at [email protected].
The Aotearoa Council is also preparing to present
landmark cases before the ITNJ, which will incur
application fees of 1,000 GBP per case, court fees,
and related expenses. To cover these costs, we are
accepting donations at Aotearoa@ITNJcommittee.
org. Please share this appeal for donations.

The Eastern European Chapter of the Committee
to Support the ITNJ has taken on the challenge
of presenting ITNJ ideology and practical instruments to the society through practical influence on
the ongoing court cases, choosing those which are
important and known in the society. By practical
influence we mean court observation, international
support, and saturation of a case with necessary
proof. For litigants who have decided to apply to
have a case heard before the ITNJ, we will assist by
showing and explaining how to prepare their
applications and cases for acceptance. Two cases
have been chosen for the application process:
1. Pre-trial investigation of a criminal amalgamation between the ministry of economy and
bankruptcy administrators. It is a sore problem in
Lithuania, because stealing from the government
and entrepreneurs through the process of false
bankruptcy has grown to such a level that even the
World Bank has noted it as a main problem of the
Lithuanian economy.
2. Case against Kaunas city central heating corporation. This case is growing into a unified case of
three major cities mounting legal resistance against
the best-known greedy corporation, therefore it
serves very well as a teaching base for society.
