a)
caring for the books of the Tribunal, and all other aspects of its internal financial
management;
b)
assisting the Chief Justice in any manner as may be required;
c)
supporting the delivery of calls to ordinary and extraordinary meetings of the
Assembly;
d)
maintaining the Register of Members, including the details of those who are acting
as Members of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Directorate or who are
acting in any other official capacity for the Tribunal;
e)
maintaining the Minute Record;
f)
liaising with International Chapter leaders; and
g)
calling for deputy Registrars in conjunction with the Board of Trustees and Court
Manager.
Article 8: The International Advisory Council
1.
The Advisory Council shall consist of one representative from each of the International
Chapters and any other members the Trustees deem appropriate.
2.
The Advisory Council shall meet regularly or upon the request of the Trustees or
Executive Directorate for the purpose of providing counsel.
3.
Where advice or guidance is sought in relation to a specific field of expertise, those
members of the Advisory Council with the requisite expertise may be invited to provide
advice or guidance on an individual basis.
4.
The ongoing development of protocols and procedures for the operation of the
International Chapters shall be undertaken by the Registrar, in cooperation with the
International Chapter leaders.
Article 9: The International Chapters
1.
On receiving applications the Executive Directorate shall establish International Chapters
in all countries of the world.
2.
Chapter leaders are authorised to mandate and coordinate their own version of Grand
Jury hearings in the name of the Tribunal for the purpose of investigating potential cases
to be submitted to the ITNJ for its consideration.
