The ITNJ Judicial Oath of Office
to be taken by all ITNJ judges
“I (---) do solemnly swear/affirm that I will at all times
act in accordance with the Constitution of the International
Tribunal for Natural Justice and will administer the laws of
Natural Justice and the Rule of Law.
I will do right to all manner of people according to law and will
remain completely impartial, unbiased and independent.
I will defend natural rights and do right and justice
to all peoples and sovereign beings everywhere without fear or
favour, affection, malice, or ill will.
I will not permit any law to be upheld which violates human
rights or prevents a just, fair or reasonable outcome”.
