Alfred Lambremont Webre, a judge on the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal (established by Malaysia’s reformer Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad) shared that it took $5 Million each to hold the two Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunals in Malaysia. The Malaysian government and the diplomatic corps contributed much of the funding needed to hold those courts.
