KPMG Minis
Gibraltar Minis has been going from strength to strength over the last 3 years.
At the beginning we had just 6 participants we now have over 120 registered players.
We currently structure our groups in to year groups starting with children in year 1 & 2, which we call our Robins. We then move up to our Hawks, which are children in years 3 & 4. These age groups play tag rugby with the Hawks taking part in a 5-aside league competition sponsored by Dolphin Adventure with teams affiliated to the senior Super IV's teams.
We then move on to our Falcons in years 5 & 6 who play contact rugby. The year 5’s learn the physical side of the game by themselves until January when they then join the year 6's to play a league competition.
Last but not least are our Eagles. These are children in years 7, 8 and lower year 9. These players are eligible for participation in the Andalusian league where we participated last year.
All groups are led by an IRB level 1 coach.
We welcome all new comers whether girls or boys and we have a philosophy that everyone can play rugby.
