The Gibraltar Rugby Union with the help of the Penguins International Rugby Charity hosted a World Rugby Level 1 at Victoria Stadium, over the weekend of the 17th -19th February. Two World Rugby Tutors delivered the course to ten coaches, 5 from the Junior section and 5 from the senior section. The course included both practical assessments and a theoretical understanding of the coaching principles, both tutors reported how pleased they were with the level of the Gibraltar coaches.
The Gibraltar Rugby Union again with the help of the Penguins International Rugby Charity, will be hosting a World Rugby Referees Level 1 course over the weekend of the 21st April. If you are interested then please get in touch with Mike Milward on [email protected]
