Gibraltar Rugby is seeking tour sponsors for the upcoming Spring Tour to Asia.
Gibraltar Rugby is sending two teams on an Asian Tour in April 2016, as part of the GRFU’s Strategic Plan to further develop international partnerships and enhance player development. The Gibraltar Rugby National Team will be embarking on a two match test series against Malaysia Rugby and Singapore Rugby. Joining the National Team on tour, the Gibraltar Rugby Veterans Team will also play matches against select Malaysian and Singapore Veterans XV’s.
The cost to send sixty players and support staff on tour to South East Asia is significant and we are seeking sponsors to help reduce the costs for the players.
Tour sponsorship benefits to include:
• Company logo (one sleeve) of all tour apparel – polos, training shirts (excluding
match playing kit). Team support staff to wear 'Tour Apparel' during matches.
• Acknowledgment and company logo in tour match programme
• Acknowledgement on the Gibraltar Rugby Social Media and Scrummary Magazine
• Acknowledgement in tour press releases
• Presentation slide of the Rugby Matches (inc tour sponsors) to be included at the two
HMGoG Asian Trade Events- 1) Maritime Sector evening reception in Malaysia and 2)
Financial Services Lunch in Singapore (tbc with HMGoG )
• Company logo to appear on match invitations to be sent to invited guests of HMGoG
Finance Centre Trade Events in Malaysia and Singapore. (tbc with HMGoG )
• Promotional material at the HMGoG events
• 2 x VIP invitations to the official pre-tour event (Sunday 3rd April)
• 2 x Tour training shirts
• Invitation to join the touring party in Asia and attend all Rugby Matches and Trade
Events, including flights and 4 and 5 star accommodation (*as a separate cost)
