Prizes were then given to the best player from each team. In rugby this is far from the top scorer but more the player who plays in the spirit of the game being respectful of their team mates, opposition, coaches and referees as well as showing prowess on the pitch.
The winners were Sara Montovio for St. Joseph's, Finley Cawthorn for St. Bernard's,
Paddy McClafferty for St. Anne's, Katie Tunbridge for Bishop Fitzgerald and Isabella Dowie for Loreto.
A big congratulations goes out to all the teams who fought hard in every game and played to the spirit of rugby. A thank you also goes out to all those who helped referee, score, run the lines and keep the organisation of the tournament ticking over.
