Great effort today and a real joy for us to watch that first half performance. We played some lovely rugby today. We have scored more tries in half a season than the whole of the last season when we were in this league.

U14's & U16's Training Session - 10th November 2015
U14's well done on a very tough session with Kim this evening. You all worked extremely hard. Focusing on the basics of a tackle...hit with shoulder, wrap arms tight, drive and to tackle below the waist.....see you all Sunday as we have a fixture the following weekend.
U16's great work around the break down. Steve Payas commented on your body positioning and good level of intensity...
Remember both age groups are role models to the U12's who also train with Tom on a Tuesday.
