Gibraltar Corporate Touch Rugby Tournament reached its final round on the 23rd June 2015 after a month of competition. The Tournament was made up of a dozen teams of men and women from the public and private sector.
The teams were made up of six a side with game play restricted to seven minutes per match.
Every Tuesday in the month of June teams were drawn and divided between two pitches ending with the top five teams competing for the cup and the remaining teams for the plate.
Isolas, William Hill, Deliotte, Triay & Triay and Peninsular Petroleum were the five teams battling in the heat for 1st place.
The evening ended with Triay & Triay lifting the cup after some stellar moves week after week from John Virgo, Javier Triay, Chris Davies, Alan Buchanan, Charlene Bullock, Sandra Hauser and Ed Packard.
The Gibraltar Rugby Football Union promoted the event to anyone interested in Rugby. They expressed how happy they were to see such a great turnout and that the Tournament was an overall success.
