XCM have substantial marketing experience and are both data and solution agnostic for direct, digital and integrated marketing. Fundamentally designing and implementing customer lifecycle journeys, supported by analytics, to drive profit.

XCM also has a highly focused recruitment business (XCM Rock Ltd) working from Gibraltar specifically in Gaming, from IT to CRM, but to also support its own growth needs.

Chad Thomson from the GRFU is delighted to welcome XCM as a Partner. It is re-assuring that companies such as XCM support Rugby and work hand in hand to promote and deliver the sport in Gibraltar. Gibraltar Rugby has had some great on field results and this in principal is down to the hard work off the field.

All at the GRFU live by rugby's ethos of Integrity, Passion, Solidarity, Discipline and Respect which helped XCM decide in partnering with the GRFU. XCM will join the GRFUs other Partners SG Hambros, Land Rover, Powerade, Elite Insurance and Sancus.

Andy Masters from XCM is confident that the sponsorship deal demonstrates not only XCM’s commitment to Gibraltar and gaming customer base, but feels there is a strong connection between the ethics of team XCM and GRFU that “one team one goal” brings results.

Andy goes on to say that as a marketing analytics business we have to tackle issues head on to maintain our basic principle of “driving player value”. This underpins our support of the GRFU and our ambition to increase our presence in Gaming with our other co-sponsors such as SG Hambros, KPMG, Powerade and Land Rover.

Andy has had the pleasure of meeting and socialising with members of the National team and echoes their “work hard play hard” ethic, even though it smarts a bit in the morning.

XCM are very much looking forward to seeing their brand on the shorts of the team and the forthcoming games and events while supporting the GRFU on its 3 year journey.
