KEEP A GRATITUDE JOURNAL: Another technique is using a gratitude journal or notebook. Many people utilize this method. Simply choose a time daily to sit down and begin writing everything that you are grateful for that day. Writing is a form of prayer, and this process can be very powerful because you will become more consciously aware of things about which you never really thought.
