Give thanks for everything you have, are and experience. Gift blessings and thanks upon all of
humanity, including those you call enemy and your loved ones alike. Gratitude is a natural part of
who we are. When you give thanks for your desires, it is an acknowledgment that you already have
your desires as part of your reality. Gratitude is more powerful than most people know, use it
frequently.
Pat h Ten - Speak Your Trut h
Often when we don't speak up, we are allowing horrendous things to continue. Witnessing hurtful
actions and saying nothing is acceptance of them. When there is no objection, it makes it easy for
people to continue hurting others.
Your voice is powerful, provided your words are not fostering separation and hatred - this only
creates more violence.
Pat h El even - Find Your Vision
Manifest your vision and ensure it is genuine and not merely a "knee jerk" reaction to a painful
situation. Create a vision that inspires and excites you for years to come. If it is fleeting, it will not
foster a consistent pattern to reflect your life goals.
Focus on your vision consistently, not now and then. Allow it to change as needed, as change is a
part of life. People who do not have a vision, travel aimlessly.

Freedom is our ability to act and live as we
choose, without being subject to any undue
restrictions. Freedom can only be achieved
through our gifting love, joy, unity and
understanding. This is necessary in order to have
freedom from being physically, mentally or
emotionally restricted or manipulated.
Nevertheless, freedom is a two-way street. When
we keep freedom to ourselves, or make it
available to a few, we have created the illusion
of freedom.
Freedom is an inevitable part of the process of transformation and is a sign post of humanity's

expansion to our higher selves.
