This theatre dinner experience , written by Lesley Gunn , is a comedic , yet deathly parody of the popular TV series and the play is set in the village hall as preparations for the baking competition at the local fete are underway . Rivalries are fierce but is anyone so keen to win that they will kill for the competition ? The Murder Mystery Evening will take place on Friday 5th May and Saturday 6th May in Kilmaurs Community Centre . Both performance begin at 7pm and a three course dinner will be provided courtesy of the Weston Tavern , Kilmaurs . BYOB . Tickets priced £ 20 are available from Rendezvous café in Kilmaurs .
