Boxing Night Another Huge Success
A massive thanks from everyone at Stewarton United to the 170 guests who attended our annual Boxing Evening on 26th March , without you the fantastic event wouldn ' t have been possible . The atmosphere you created on the night was electric . The club would like to thank Northwest ABC for the fantastic show they put on to entertain the enthusiastic crowd , on show were some of the best boxers in Scotland and the level of boxing was first class and we know their home show on 23rd April was also a fantastic evening with great bouts . The main sponsor on the night and for the main fight was Ingram Hyundai and Seat Kilmarnock , the other 11 fights were sponsored by The Smugglers Inn , T . O . M . Motors , VE-Tech Concrete , Quad Bike Tyres & Accessories , First Independent Finance , Dickson Joinery , Stewarton Cabs , B & D Property Services , IDS + Co , A Corrie Skip Hire and Sainsbury ' s Stewarton . The excellent meals on the night were provided by The Indian Kitchen , The Kilted DJ was on hand to help create the atmosphere with excellent sounds , the ring girls were from Mayhem Boxing Babes , the MC Gregory Houston turned down a night at a professional fight night as he knew how good the Stewarton United Boxing Night would be , the tickets and programs were designed and supplied by Solutions on Demand . Thanks to our club sponsors , Billy Bowie Special Projects Limited , The Cobble Shop and Village Balti House for their continued support throughout the years . You may have heard that Microsoft are offering a free upgrade to Windows 10 for Windows 7 and Windows 8 computers . With over 200 million plus devices upgraded , this offer is now coming to an end and is due to expire on the 29th July 2016 . However , there are rumours this may be extended at time of going to print .

Windows 10 combines the best of Windows 7 and Windows 8 . With Windows 10 you still get the tiled tablet look and feel of Windows 8 but more importantly you also get the desktop and start button from Windows 7 . Windows 10 gives you a modern look with a retro feel to it .
Upgrading to Windows 10 is a great move depending on your system specifications and requirements . If this upgrade is something that you are looking to do , then SOD-IT .

Members of Stewarton Gardening Club have enjoyed an interesting and varied programme of talks and demonstrations over the Autumn / Winter . Now thoughts turn to an evening visit to Gateside Nursery , the Summer outing to Logan Botanical Gardens and the Flower Show to be held on Saturday 3rd September in John Knox Church Hall .
