How to ask for a pay ris
Don’t get too excited about this title. Just asking for a pay rise doesn’t mean
you’ll get one — and handle it badly and you could damage your career. But, if
you are unhappy with your salary, then asking for a pay rise is better for you
and for the employer than simply leaving.
