This role for a high profile London store is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate , commercial and energetic individual . As store manager you will be fully accountable for driving sales and ensuring all KPI targets are reached .
In addition to this , you will also be tasked with monitoring stock levels and ensuring all VM guidelines and procedures are maintained and implemented for commercial advantage .
The role also includes engaging , coaching and developing a team to ensure succession planning is in place .
A strong retail background in the luxury tailored or branded markets , together with the ability to demonstrate consistency in achieving results , is essential .
You will also be capable of understanding detailed store process and procedures . Experience of leading and directing team members , excellent communication skills and superb customer service skills are also preferred .
