Following our training with Samantha, our top-notch
Hygienist, Helen, recently added some same-day
sealants to her da y. She crushed all previous Hygiene
daily production records — $1800+ in one day! Beth and
Aurora both converted “prophy” patients back to perio
patients yesterday and will therefore increase production
by $1,000 - $2,000! My excitement and pleasure with the
Hygiene Team didn’t stop there... Amber H. took vertical
bitewings on the first patient she could. I have to tell
you...for me, it was love at first sight!

Sue, one of our wonderful patients, called me to thank
me. “Thank you for what you are doing,” she said in a
secure and respectful voice. “Thank you for improving the
Practice. Thank you for hiring Nancy and for assigning her
to me. I know this is something I have to do. I’ve known it
for a long time.” She started to cry a little bit on the phone
and whispered, “I want to keep my teeth.” I assured her
that we would help her. I told her that we are here to serve
her. Talk about validation for our Practice! To say the least,
that call made my day. Thank you to our Nancy, and thank
you all (from the back office to the front office) for your
commitment to our new periodontal standard of care!
