Rosary on the Coast for Faith , Life & Peace in the British Isles

Rosary on the Coast is an initiative of the lay faithful across the British Isles inviting the faithful of our nations , with the support of our clergy and bishops , to a day of prayer for Faith , Life and Peace , which will surely be pleasing to the Holy Spirit and to Our Blessed Mother . I am delighted to say that the Rectors of our two National Marian Shrines in England and Wales ( Walsingham & Our Lady of the Taper ) have given Rosary on the Coast their full backing and encouragement .
Now that the Facebook page is live at : facebook . com / rosaryonthecoast and we have the logo I present to you the briefing document for Rosary on the Coast for Faith , Life and Peace in the British Isles , to take place on Sunday , April 29th 2018 at 3pm .
The Sancta Familia Media in Scotland have done a stunning job on Facebook and thousands are already responding . The video with the “ Rallying Call to Prayer ” is powerful . Listen in !

What is important now is for everybody to save the DATE ! April 29th 2018 at 3pm , and to share the information as widely as possible via Facebook , email , word of mouth etc . Encourage your friends to watch the video and to share it .
Alongside this , begin to think about where you , your family , small group or larger group will gather ? It only takes two or three to form a group !
How it will be done ? Jesus said : Where two or three are gathered together
in my name , there am I in the midst of them . ( Matt 18:20 ) We will surround the coasts of our Isles with prayer and encircle them with a Living Rosary for Life , Faith and Peace at 3pm .
At the same hour those in inland locations will gather at their cathedrals , churches and shrines . Hopefully , local leaders will arise who will be points of contact for people . What matters is that everyone will “ Bloom where they are planted !”
Initially you are invited to consider a suitable location on the coast , which is safe and accessible for a prayer gathering . In some places you may need to seek permission depending on the nature of the area .
Ensure that parents at all times are responsible for their children .
A national list will be available online of where people will meet . The ocean of God ’ s mercy is sure to descend upon us when Jesus , Our Blessed Mother , St . Joseph and all the saints gaze upon the British Isles and see our faith and prayer !
We ask you to keep Rosary on the Coast preparations in your prayer , to read the briefing document , watch the video and follow developments on facebook and the eventual website .
