The Procession formed up and as we walked we
recited the Sorrowful Mysteries of the Holy Rosary.
Still no rain, but would we be caught by a sudden
downpour?
At the Slipper Chapel the familiar figure of Mgr John
Armitage was waiting in the road way. He welcomed
us and we had time for confession, lunch, to visit the
shop and light our candles.
At the Offertory, we assisted with prayer as Mgr Keith
received Sister Mary Joseph’s renewal of her vows.
All too soon we were singing the final hymn. It had
been a wonderful day, and many blessings were offered
and received.
At 1445 we complete d the Act of Penance, and Sung
Mass began. The Chapel of Reconciliation was full; the
singing wonderful. The propers were sung by people
from Torbay. The local Walsingham Ordinariate Cell
