Walk from Precious Blood , London Bridge

Organised by Catholic History Walks , two

Springtime riverside walks along the Thames will be organised in March , starting from the Ordinariate Church of the Most Precious Blood at London Bridge .
The Walks are on Sunday afternoons , and all are welcome . There is no need to book – just turn up ! The details are : Sunday 5th March at 3pm from the door of the Church of the Most Precious Blood , O ’ Meara Street , London SE1 1TD . The Walk will go along the river to the Tower of London and from there to St Paul ’ s Cathedral and back across the Millenium Bridge .
Sunday 19th March at 3pm from the church door , and walking along the Thames to Westminster , crossing the river at Charing Cross and going along the Embankment to Westminster Abbey .

Tunbridge Wells

Ordinariate , work continues to improve the church of St Anselm which serves both the Ordinariate group and the parish . Fr Ed Tomlinson explains that the latest development is the beautification and dedication of the side chapel to the Sacred Heart .
In pride of place is a stunning reredos of 1902 by C R Ashbee , a student of G F Bodley and leading light of the Arts and Crafts movement , salvaged from a church in Surrey thanks to Fr John Maunder .
