Upcoming Events 9 Ponte Vedra Recorder · October 15, 2015 Monday, Oct. 19 Book Talk Cafe - Rosamond Parrish This month’s Book Talk Cafe features awardwinning artist and travel writer Rosamond Parrish, who will discuss her book, Lincolnville: A Sketchbook Journal of St. Augustine’s Historic Neighborhood Monday, Oct. 19 at 6:30 p.m. at the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library, 101 Library Blvd., Ponte Vedra Beach. This book is filled with over 100 watercolors of homes, marsh views, and scenes from the historic neighborhood as well as the early history of Lincolnville. This program is made possible by the Friends of the Library. E.G. Knight concert The Beaches Museum and History Park Chapel concert series continues with a performance by E.G. Tuesday, Oct. 20 Talk with a Doc ‘Your Amazing Brain’ Join Dr. Cavaliere of Baptist Health on Tuesday, Oct. 20 at noon as he discusses the anatomy of the brain, how it works and functions, and how cancer can affect the process. He will bring information on the newest treatments that are bringing hope to people with brain cancer.
