The newest business in Nocatee is
VyStar Credit Union, one of the largest
financial institutions in Northeast Florida. The branch’s new employees celebrated the location’s opening with an
official ribbon cutting on Tuesday, Oct.
13 with the St. Johns County Chamber
of Commerce, Nocatee residents and
representatives and other members of
the community.
The new branch is located at 100
Village Lake Dr. and can be reached
by calling (904) 594-5670. The 4,500
square foot location includes drivethrough tellers.
“Families are choosing to call Nocatee home at a record pace, with over
100 new homes sales each month. As
the population grows, retailers are
responding to the need for neighborhood restaurants and services,” said
Kelly Ray, Marketing Director for
Nocatee’s developer, the PARC Group.
“We expect this to continue as we
watch Town Center become one of the
hubs for community activity.”
Existing Town Center retailers include Northeast Florida’s largest Publix
Supermarket, a family friendly Dick’s
Wings & Grill, YOBE Frozen Yogurt,
optometrist, family dentist, veterinary
hospital, dry-cleaner, nail spa, national
hair salon chain, UPS, real estate office,
pediatrician, a Ponte Vedra based boutique salon, Baptist Health primary care
facility and Daily’s Convenience Store.
ReMax Unlimited recently opened a
