Nov. 20 and the Jacksonville Watercolor Society Fall Show opened Nov. 1
and will be on display through Nov. 24
Elizabeth Quinn-Bolduc: Illuminating Beauty from Everyday Life, an artist
member exhibition, will be on display
at the Cultural Center Annex Gallery,
located at eh Ponte Vedra Concert Hall
through Nov. 20.

underway at the Cultural Center. For

Kids Free November at Cummer
Museum of Art & Gardens
During the month of November, the
Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens
is offering free admission for children
ages 12 and under. As part of Visit
Jacksonville’s initiative which aims to
provide local families affordable, kidfriendly entertainment.
The museum is located at 829 Riverside Ave., Jacksonville. No coupon is

Junior ROWITA Fellowship applications
now being accepted
Applications for the 2016 Junior ROWITA Fellowships are currently being accepted by the St. Johns Cultural Council.
The fellowships are available to all
graduating St. Johns County high school
women who are entering arts-based programs of higher education.
Applicants must have either applied
or been accepted into a BFA program,
summer institute/intensive, or an arts
workshop in order to be considered.
Candidates must also have at least a 3.0
GPA.
In addition to the application, applicants are required to submit a letter
of recommendation from their arts
teacher, write a statement describing
their relationship with their arts, and
provide a DVD of their work.
Three $1,000 fellowship awards are
available: one each in Performing, Visual and Literary Arts. The applications
will be reviewed by a panel of past Dr.
Gail Pflaster ROWITA recipients.
Applications must be received by
