Kids Designer Warehouse Sale
The Kids Designer Warehouse Sale, a fundraiser
for Accotink Academy by the Sea, is Nov. 5*, 6
and 7 at Accotink Academy, 171 Canal Blvd.,
Ponte Vedra Beach. All new designer clothing
brands for children, including fall and holiday
items, will be on sale for up to 60 percent off
retail. Proceeds benefit Accotink Academy. The
event is open to the public, and admission is
free. The sale will take place Friday, Nov. 6 from
8 a.m.-4 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 7 from 9 a.m.-1
p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5 is an invitation-only event.

Leftover Salmon at the PV Concert Hall
Rootsy, string-based “slamgrass” pioneers Leftover Salmon will perform at the Ponte Vedra

Limelight Theatre gala
Limelight Theatre’s 24th annual gala is Thursday,
Nov. 5 from 6-10 p.m. at The River House, 179
Marine St., St. Augustine. The event includes a
sit down dinner provided by The Raintree and
Gypsy Cab, live performances from area groups,
a silent auction, open bar and dancing. Cocktail
attire. The cost is a $100 donation per person.

Beaches Fine Arts concert
The Montrose Trio, accomplished soloists and
chamber musicians comprised of pianist Jon
Kimura Parker, violinist Martin Beaver and cellist
Clive Greensmith, will perform Friday, Nov. 6
from 6-7:30 p.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church,

Volunteer Orientation Day at GTM
GTM Reserach Reserve is holding a new volunteer orientation day on Friday, Nov. 6 from
10-11:30 a.m. at the GTM Research Reserve

will learn about the backgro und and history of
the reserve, available volunteer opportunities,
volunteer expectations and benefits, and tour

First Friday Cosmic Concerts
Experience total-sensory entertainment
as laser lights, high-def images and digital
sound collide to create a Cosmic Concert! The
Bryan-Gooding Planetarium rocks with Cosmic
Concert laser light shows at 5, 6, 7 and 8 p.m.

‘Finding Baroque’ exhibit
Edgar Endress “Finding Baroque” will be on
display at the Crisp-Ellert Art Museum through
Nov. 25. The exhibit is a collaborative project
between Flagler students and artist Edgar
Endress. The exhibit is open during regular

Archeology Works: Ceramics
The GTM Research Reserve is hosting Archeology Works: Ceramics, Saturday, Nov. 7 from
11 a.m.-1 p.m. Learn about common historic
ceramics found in Florida and the Caribbean
between the years 1492 and 1850. Then,
try your hand at the methods of analyses
used by the the pros to determine date and
use of sites. Participants will make a replica
to take home and teach others what they
learned. A $15 fee includes supplies and

Guided Cultural and Historical Hike
On the first Saturday of every month from
8:30 to 10:30 a.m., visitors can learn about the
cultural history of the Guana Peninsula during
a guided cultural hike. Find out about the peninsula’s 5,000 years of human history, including
how native peoples used estuarine resources,
what European plantation life was like and
current efforts to learn about and save these
resources. Meet at the GTM Research Reserve’s
Trailhead Pavilion located west of the Guana
Dam. Wear comfortable closed toe shoes. There
is a $3 per vehicle parking fee. Please RSVP by

The Plantation Community Open House
The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach will be
opening its community gates to the general
public on Sunday, Nov. 8 for its Fall Community Open House. A variety of homes will be
participating in the event. The event will begin
at 1 p.m. and end at 5 p.m. Visitors are invited
to check in at The Plantation House Club House
for home listings, maps, refreshments and
amenity tours. Then, guests can make their way

A Depression/Bipolar Support Group meets
