GASTRONOMIC USE
It brings a different touch to mixed
salads, and is delicious with sweet
onions and with vegetables and
slightly bitter vegetables, such as
endives and watercress.

it's a very rich dessert.
AIn the lower container of a
steamer, put the vanilla, sugar
and mint (reserve some
leaves). Cover with water.
8 pears
1 bunch of mint
1/4 kg of sugar
1 vanilla pod
The juice of 2 lemons
100 gr. of raspberries
Place the upper container on
top and inside the pears place
peeled, but with tail and wet
with lemon juice.
Pears are a mild, sweet fruit with a fibrous center.

fat-free, cholesterol-free, 100-calorie package.
Pear or perry cider is an
alcoholic beverage
typical of Normandy,
which is obtained by
fermenting the sugars
of pear juice by means
of a yeast.
Cover and let stew for 15 to 20
minutes until tender.
Next, remove the pears and let
the cooking broth reduce until
it becomes syrup.
Serve the cold pears with the
hot syrup and garnish with
mint leaves and raspberries .
