Peppermint may be used in salads, soups, starters, main
course with lamb meat and desserts with chocolate.

Mentha Piperita as a tea has become
very popular and it is thought to
have a number of health benefits
such as biliary disorders, dyspepsia,
enteritis, flatulence, gastritis,
intestinal colic, and spasms of the
bile duct, gallbladder and
gastrointestinal tract.
Salad sauce
Ingredients:




1 cup of low fat yogurt
1 tablespoon of finely chopped mint
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of olive oil
Way of preparing:
Mix all the ingredients. Serve over leafy
salad.
