Medicinal use
This herb is widely used as a
medicinal remedy and has many
benefits:
it combats depression and addiction,
it is also has antiviral and anti-
inflammatory effects and also has
benefits for cancer treatment.
St. Jonh’s wort tea
This tea is also good for painful menstruation,
offering a sedative effect that relieves pain and
discomfort from cramps.
St. John’s wort has a long list of possible drug
interactions, because of its ability to metabolize
some of these medications rapidly, they may
pass through the system quickly causing
ineffectiveness or hyperstimulation.
Put the kettle on with water for your tea and bring it to a
boil.
Place 2 teaspoons per cup of tea inside your teapot and pour
the boiling water over the herbs.
Let your tea steep for about 5 to 10 minutes. And then
strain.
