the sport and allows the gymnasts to

I would say that when gymnastics gets
give up when life gets hard.

blocks/fears in the gym?

I either go back to basics or try not
to overthink things. I like to be confident in myself and trust my gymnastics.

Why did you choose to stick with
gymnastics?

young gymnast as far as persuing
their dreams?

Never give up on what you want no
matter what. No matter what people
say or think. If you want to do it, you
can do it. Always keep that mindset
and be mentally tough. Know you
can do whatever you want.
What are some of the most
important aspects to concentrate on
as an athlete?

key. If you believe you can do
something and you really want to do
it, then you will find a way to make
